The One Act Play cast performed at their Bi-District competition on Saturday, March 28 under the leadership of Directors Carson Reddell and Kaci Bull.
After winning District Champions on March 14, East Chambers advanced to the Area round of competition.
“We’re proud of the work we put in and how the group pushed through challenges,” Bull said. “We are all looking forward to Area.”
Award winners from Bi-District include Best Performer Cecelia Gibson, All-Star Cast Lennon Trove and Kenley Jordan, Honorable Mention All-Star Cast Allison Altamarino, as well as All-Star Crew Melissa Valladares.
“I was very excited and shocked to win Best Tech,” Valladares said. “I hope we can win Best Tech Crew at Area.”
The One Act Play members will travel to Crosby High School for their Area competition on Saturday, April 11.
